Ring-like algebras associated with symmetricdifference

We generalize the one-to-one correspondence between Boolean algebras and
Boolean rings to so-called di erence lattices and commutative strong di erence ringlike
algebras. Moreover, we show that di erence ring-like algebras induce some sort
of symmetric di erence in corresponding posets. Examples for the de ned notions
are given.
