A new sums and its reciprocity theorem

The main purpose of this paper is introduced a new
sums analogous to Dedekind sums, then using the analytic method and the properties of Dirichlet L-functions to study the arithmetical properties of this sums, and give an interesting reciprocity theorem for it.
