Neural networks with distributed delays and Hölder continuous activation functions

The stability issue for a problem appearing in Neural Network Theory is
discussed in this paper. The considered system involves discrete delays and
continuous but not Lipschitz continuous activation functions. Our results
extends similar ones in the literature from the Lipschitz case to the
non-Lipschitz case.
