Convergence theorems for admissible perturbations of $\varphi$-pseudocontractive operators

We prove some convergence theorems for a Krasnosel-
skij type
xed point iterative method constructed as the admissible perturbation of a nonlinear $\varphi$-pseudocontractive operator de
ned on a convex and closed subset of a Hilbert space. The new results extend and unify several related results in the current literature established for contractions, strongly pseudocontractive operators and generalized pseudocontractions.
